Frame type conveyor belt joint vulcanizing press is mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement, chemical industry, tobacco, and food automatic line field.

1. This type of conveyor belt joint vulcanizing press is designed for fast and dependable belt splicing

2. Lightweight, portable frame press

3. Use uniform pressure system, new style pressure bag, pls refer to below details.

4. Rapid cooling system within platens, cooling down from 145C to 75C, only 5mins.

5. Lightweight aluminum nut & bolt set

6. Some units can work together

7. Pressure bag system, can used for both water and air, one time molding, without metal frame, light weight, testing pressure out of our factory is 2.5MPA

8. Automatic control panel: with time control and digital temperature control. All the parts use high quality electric devices with CE certificated.

9. In case of electronic controller failure, manual operation is possible as well.
